American Heritage Girls - New Troop forming now! - 07/26/2014
The Capital Region's very first American Heritage Girls Troop is forming now at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Saratoga Springs!
All adults are invited to attend an informational meeting Saturday, July 26 at 1 pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 149 Lake Avenue, Saratoga Springs.
AHG is a Christian Scouting organization - a sister to Boy Scouts of America - for girls ages 5-18. AHG strives to draw young women to responsible participation in the life of their community, developing strong citizens who care about the world and their neighbor. Troop activities and merit badges range from cake decorating to science experiments to community service. You do not need to have a daughter in the Troop to help! You also don't have to be an adult leader for your child to join! Please come hear more about AHG next Saturday. (Although AHG is intended for girls ages 5-18, we ask that adults only attend this meeting, please).
For more information or to add your daughter(s) to the registration waiting list, please contact: Laura Vitkavage at 518-545-6343 or SaratogaSpring
