Event Description:
America Uncut- Principals of Unity is a fast paced, experiential, "crash course" program about modern American culture.  This free interactive seminar will open your eyes to a world you may have never experienced. My cultural competency and diversity awareness program is especially designed to be hands on. Through activities, video, role play, discussion, and prizes, you will learn how this training can build unity, promote proactive inclusion and make your school or business stand out as one that that prides itself in cultural competence! Whether you have 2 employees or 200, you can gain a distinction as a company or school whose employees are “awake” and educated in social responsibility. My programs help organizations and schools to pave the way for cultural understanding and will attract top employees and likeminded clients, who are no longer willing to spend money with businesses that don’t align with their personal values.  Educate your employees now so they can uphold the culture of support and inclusion that you envision for your business. This program is free to the public. As a business owner or school district administrator, you have a huge impact in molding the culture of inclusion that you envision for your business. Don’t wait for employee turnover, low moral, or litigation. Our nation is looking for unity and stability. Progressive business owners know that HR departments across the nation are training employees in inclusion. Create a culture where people feel welcomed and valued. Come to my free seminar and check it out.

Both programs are help in the H. Dutcher Community Room at the Saratoga Springs Public Library.
