3rd Annual Balloon Walk at The Wesley Community

A fun, family-friendly event with great BBQ and entertainment! The 3rd Annual Balloon Walk will bring together the community, residents, families and Wesley staff to have fun and to raise funds for our Springs building renovation project. Participants in the 3rd Annual Balloon Walk will receive balloons during the walk, creating a parade of color along the route. In addition, there will be a hot air balloon on The Wesley Community campus (weather permitting) near the Community Garden area. All registered participants will get a 3rd Annual Balloon Walk t-shirt. Fun family activities will also be available at the event for registered participants. At 11:00 a.m. Giffy's BBQ will be serving delicious food and we will have music too! Come for the walk, come for the BBQ or come for both! You must register in advance for the BBQ. BBQ is either eat-in or take out - it's up to you! Proceeds from the 3rd Annual Balloon Walk will benefit our Springs building renovation project. We are currently raising funds for the renovation of our Springs building at The Wesley Health Care Center. The improvements will create a more home-like atmosphere for 176 long term care residents in the Springs building.
