The 10th Annual Spirit of Preservation Celebration will honor Barbara Glaser, Randy Martin and Nick Palmetto for their contributions to preserving the history and quality of life in Saratoga Springs. Event features a cocktail reception with an awards ceremony with speakers, Linda Toohey and Joe Dalton, Jr. Cash bar, hot & cold hors d'oeuvres, and specialty food stations.
