Performance by Figures in Flight Residency Students

The Figures in Flight Dance Company, directed by Susan Slotnick, began touring and performing in 1980. Slotnik is the predominant teacher and choreographer. The dancers, all of whom were trained by Susan Slotnick, are all between ages 11 and 13. This event will be a performance by students of Geyser Road Elementary School and Lake Avenue Elementary School in Saratoga Springs after Figures in Flight completes residencies with both schools. The "Attention on Attention" program taught by Susan Slotnik is aimed at helping children learn to focus, to understand themselves and the world around them.
