Ballston Spa Holiday Weekend featuring the Annual Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting

The Ballston Spa Holiday Celebration Weekend takes place December 7-9. If you haven’t already done so, make “strolling the Village” a hometown holiday tradition, as the village of Ballston Spa rings in the season with this annual celebration, starting with the Ballston Spa Holiday Parade on Friday, December 7 with holiday floats, musicians and carolers, animals, fire trucks and more. Parade step off is at 6:30 pm at old South Street School  and will proceed down Milton Avenue. Santa himself officially lights the village Christmas Tree at Wiswall Park at approximately 7:45-8 pm. Before and after the parade, there will be carolers and musicians on the street corners and village shops and restaurants will be open with music, demonstrations and displays as part of a holiday-themed First Friday, Ballston Spa's monthly event, which also falls on this festive evening.  Many local churches and organizations will be hosting special Christmas programs, dinners and craft fairs through the weekend.
