Skidmore College Theater: Passion Play

Directed by Carolyn Anderson. Sarah Ruhl’s "Passion Play," is a bold, funny, and poignant expression of the intersection of religion and politics. This thrilling epic play "takes us behind the scenes of three communities in different eras of time who are attempting to stage the death of Christ." Although the play is quirky and very funny, it is not anti-religious. Throughout the entire play, we see a yearning for spirituality.
