An evening of inspirational readings with Maggie Whalen and Gina Peca

Join us at East Line Books to heat two inspiring local writers share their work. Maggie Whelan's essay, A Glance at Heaven, was selected for the anthology, Chicken Soup for the Soul: Answered Prayers and has performed classic and original stories in a variety of venues. Gina Pecas a blogger for the Times Union, touching on her life as a parent who has lost a child to cancer, a mother of two active boys, wife to a man who is battling a brain tumor and president of the foundation in memory of her daughter.
