Job Summary:
The Brewery Representative – MolsonCoors is responsible for the execution and activation of MolsonCoors marketing and promotional initiatives within assigned retail, on and off-premise accounts. This role supports a minimum of 50% of scheduled promotional events, assists DeCrescente Key Account Management with additional marketing initiatives, and ensures strong retail relationships and brand standards are maintained across all MolsonCoors products.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Admin, or related degree

1–2 years of experience executing promotional activities within assigned or targeted accounts
Essential Functions:
Business
- Provides support for selling initiatives, including distribution and promotional activities, across on- and off-premise locations and designated non-traditional accounts, including:
- Airports, Military bases, College/University, Hotel/Casino, Prestige Venues, Rec/Fitness Ctr., Restaurants, Taverns and Sports Bars
- Beverage Centers and Independent C -Store
- Execute brand activation responsibilities, including:
- Serve as a brand ambassador at retail
- Maintain retail account standards established by DeCrescente Distributing Company (DDC) and MolsonCoors
- Secure distribution, features, and promotional placements as directed
- Assist with account-specific event merchandising and execution
- Support the DDC sales team with marketing program sell-in efforts
- Ensure accounts maintain an appropriate and effective retail appearance
- Complete daily activity reports for all account calls
- Recap promotional activities and submit required reporting in a timely manner
- Execute all promotion-related responsibilities, including:
- Ensure high-quality execution of all promotional events
- Analyze event performance and prepare detailed post-event recaps
- Manage and maintain promotional POS materials in designated accounts
- Provide weekly recaps and deliver quarterly “state of business” report
- Collaborate with DDC Communications Manager for internet media site postings related to promotions and programming.

Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with account-level stakeholders (owners, managers, and bar staff) across account base.

Engage with consumers to enhance the effectiveness of programs and promotional initiatives

Collaborate with vendors to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities

Maintain the promotional event and equipment schedules

Update the on-premise programming tracker
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Admin, or related degree

1–2 years of experience executing promotional activities within assigned or targeted accounts

Strong knowledge of the local market and key customer accounts

Demonstrated ability to engage and market effectively to targeted consumer audiences

Experience selling brands or programs in a retail or on-premise environment

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Strong leadership ability with the ability to influence others

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective problem-solving skills with a results-driven promotional mindset
Work Shift Requirements:
-
Work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. Start and end times are variable based on business needs.

Ability to work flexible and/or additional hours, including nights/weekends, as required.

Valid Driver License

Must be 21 years of age or older due to industry requirements

Use and maintenance of cell phone and company-issued iPad

Must speak to supervisor at least two (2) hours before the scheduled start of their scheduled shift when calling in sick. Voicemail or e-mail messages are not acceptable replacements.
