Health and Wellness Day at the Saratoga Springs Senior Center

The Saratoga Springs Senior Center is participating in the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce's 4th Annual Health & Wellness Week. They will be offering an array of activities including Go with the Flow Yoga, a Ceramics and Sculpture demonstration, Line Dancing, and Smoothie Making. Members of the Senior Center, Chamber and the general public are invited to participate in these events which are scheduled during the day, on Friday, February 9^th.
