On March 4, Fat Tuesday and the final day of Carnevale, Chianti Ristorante's energetic and whimsical Executive Chef Fabrizio Bazzani leads you on a culinary journey through the Italian region of Veneto. Chef Fabizio Bazzani will demonstrate three traditional Venetian recipes with meat as the primary ingredient and then again as a meatless or vegetarian recipe as a way to to bring vegetables to forefront of the dinner plate. Come and learn how meats and vegetables can share a place in the traditional Italian kitchen. Guests will enjoy everything Chef Fabrizio prepares and all dishes will be paired with complementary wines. Class will be complete with adapted recipes to take home.
