Andrew West, Founder and CEO of American Natural Gas, Receives

Saratoga Springs, N.Y., November 27, 2018 – American Natural Gas is pleased to announce

that company founder and CEO, Andrew West, was recognized with the Horizon Award by

Natural Gas Vehicles for America (NGVAmerica) at its 30th Anniversary Industry Summit and

Annual Meeting in Palm Springs, CA.

American Natural Gas (ANG) is a premier distributor of alternative motor fuels that owns

and operates a network of over 40 compressed natural gas (CNG) stations in 14 states across

the country. The company is also introducing a supply of renewable natural gas (RNG) that

will reduce carbon emissions by 115% compared to diesel.

The award is part of NGVAmerica’s Achievement Awards to recognize individuals and

organizations for their outstanding contributions toward the advancement of natural gas as a

transportation fuel. Seven organizations and individuals were honored at the event, which

also included awards for natural gas transit fleet programs and stations, exemplary natural

gas vehicle industry leadership, and lifetime achievement. Recipients were selected based on

their track record of significantly advancing the use of natural gas as a transportation fuel,

innovative solutions to problems, measurable results, and advancing the goals of improved

air quality and reduced dependence on oil.

In presenting the Horizon Award NGVAmerica President Daniel Gage said, “This award
