Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 annually Job Summary: The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the employee education and development function within DDC, with an emphasis on the new employee onboarding experience, as well as coordinating ongoing organizational initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and performance.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job
