Non-CDL Driver - Waterford

Express Employment Professionals needs to hire Non-CDL Drivers in Waterford, New York!

Job Type: Full-time  

Pay: $19 per hour

 Tasks:

• Operate a CHEP owned box truck (26’ non-CDL) in compliance with all DOT Regulations and CHEP Safety requirements
• Execute deliveries and collection of empty at locations provided by CHEP as efficiently as possible
• Work with local customers to ensure compliance with program and returns
• Document all delivery and collection data (times, mileages, volumes, customer comments, etc.) and communicate to CHEP LTL support personnel via Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
• Visit potential collection locations to explain the CHEP LTL Program
• Gather data/information with the goal being adding locations to the Program’s customer base
• Work with local warehouse team to ensure day-to-day unloads are completed as efficiently as possible
• Pulling orders
• Putting stock away
• Loading trucks
• Feeding, cutting, and other machinery
• Helping floor manager as needed with wheeling carts, etc.

Qualifications:

• Driving experience required - prefer box truck experience
• Must have basic skills in Excel, they will be filling out spreadsheets
• Previous experience at Amazon a plus

Work Schedule:

• Availability between 6:00AM-6:00PM
