The fishmonger is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a busy fish and seafood market while maintaining freshness and customer satisfaction. Applicants must follow a high standard of safety and sanitation.

The role includes:

-The ability to understand our customers needs in person and over the phone.

-Recommend products and cooking instructions

-Filleting fish and shucking shellfish

-Receiving and unloading stock.

-Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Skills required to succeed

-Previous experience in food sales or hospitality experience ( will train right candidates)

-Knife skills with the ability to prepare whole fish to customers requirements.

-Superior communication skills

-Excellent personal hygiene and personal 


-Passionate about food
