Maintenance Supervisor - Queensbury

Express Employment Professionals needs to hire a Maintenance Supervisor in Queensbury, New York!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:  

$40K-50K

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall property
• Delegate work to 3-4 crew members
• Make sure all apartment turnovers are done in a timely manner
• Manage maintenance request
• Drive company vehicle throughout the work site

Experience required:   

• Must have 1-2 years of maintenance supervisory experience

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:30PM
