We are hiring a Member Relationship Advisor (MRA-Loan Officer) for our new branch opening  this summer (July)  to Wilton, located at 3090 Rt. 50, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Our MRA staff focus on customer service and product/service advisory.

Branch Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am – 4:30pm, Wednesday 10am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Employees are scheduled 36-40 hours per week with rotating Saturdays off. Actual shift may vary based on branch opening/closing/balancing needs.

*This position is paid hourly, eligible for bi-weekly incentives based on sales referral goals. 

*Must be able to train/travel to our capital region branches until new branch is open.


Serves members by providing product and advisory information and services. Researches and solves member questions. Achieves and maintains designation as Notary Public and provides notary services as requested. Assist Management in creating and maintaining a sales culture and achieving department sales goals. Cross-sells all Credit Union services to qualified members. Attains established group and individual key sales results on products and services as assigned on a monthly basis. Opens, services and closes all types of personal and business accounts. Ensures that membership and loan applications are completed accurately and contain all necessary documentation. Accepts membership applications, ensuring each application reflects proper signatures and receipt of all legal documentation pertaining to member accounts. Ensures that all member information is complete and accurate. Processes business transactions as well as opens sub accounts for consumers and businesses. Conducts consumer loan closings, secures required papers, explains all legal documents, and reviews documentation for accuracy. Accurately processes daily transactions, processes cash advances and transfers, redeems bonds and processes insurance and credit card payments. 


Candidates should have a High School Diploma/equivalent or higher plus prior sales/customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals. Prior banking experience preferred. Computer proficiency, acclimates well to new technology. Ability to communicate professionally with others, exhibiting a courteous, conscientious, businesslike manner in the workplace.

*Once hired, staff will have to obtain/maintain NMLS registration.
