On a daily basis, the Lead Teller will provide service to customers involving deposit and loan transactions, receipt and payment of cash. You will be responsible for performing account opening and closing, Certificate of Deposit (CD) renewals, etc., as well as the supervision of the Customer Service line. This position may also be required to work at other branch locations. Our branches operate Monday through Saturday; Saturday availability is required.


  • Successful candidates will have a minimum of an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred;
  • Prior experience in a sales and/or service oriented environment and prior cash handling experience required;
  • One to three years' experience in a customer-focused setting, banking preferred;
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task required.
