In this position you will  support successful marketing and communication initiatives by developing, deploying and tracking digital assets for our websites, email marketing and third-party customer transaction platforms. Includes the building of webpages, html email templates, and other digital assets. Manages website and third-party platform projects to timely completion; collaborates closely with in-house teams and outside technical and creative vendors to meet deadlines. Assists with website and other CMS troubleshooting, and monitors key performance indicators. Ensures all work not only meets deadlines, but also quality expectations in terms of brand consistency, functionality and user experience.



  • Design and update web pages and other web content needs for our multiple brand websites using a CMS.
  • Support digital needs for third-party transaction platforms, including deployment of digital branding, graphics, messaging and HTML elements.
  • Create and edit HTML email marketing templates to support marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Assists Channel Marketing Manager on testing and QA on deployment of all new digital channels, with brand consistency, functionality, UX and mobile-first best practices in mind.
  • Adhere to and advance established digital branding styles and standards across all digital channels.
  • Evaluate site and page structures to help improve functionality and performance to support company sales priorities and campaigns.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on digital content performance and engagement.
  • Act as primary point person to manage website content management system, working with outside agency and report on initiatives and progress to the Marketing Channels Manager.
  • Implement best practices for SEO and work closely with marketing team members to optimize tracking and conversions.
  • Manage multi-faceted, long-term projects alongside short-term needs, and ensure clear communication for stakeholders.
  • Work with internal and third-party partners to maintain and enhance website functionality, accessibility and security.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members on key initiatives and provide backup support as needed.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in web development, computer science, marketing or related field required 
  • 6+ years of experience in web development and digital web marketing or related field required


  • Current working knowledge of web programming languages, including HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Experience with digital content management platforms (DNN, Evoq a plus), analytics and tagging platforms (Google Analytics, DataStudio, Tag Manager, etc.), and SEO for digital lead generation
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing templates and deployment 
  • Strong understanding of website and data security, and proficiency in ADA WCAG levels are a plus
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written; able to track and analyze data and convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Possesses a positive attitude, an eye for detail, is organized and attentive
  • Curiosity for and knowledge of modern standards and trends in the digital arena
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proven time management skills, ability to adjust priorities and handle multiple tasks while paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Physical Demands:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed; ability to travel as needed
  • Must be able to sit, walk or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
