As the Wealth Management Support Specialist, you are often the first point of contact for clients, with the ability to address their inquiries, or refer more complex scenarios to other members of the department. You will also perform Wealth Management operational duties such as assisting with account transactions, security trade processing and reconciliations, and financial data gathering. You will have the opportunity to interact with beneficiaries, law firms and accounting firms in this diverse role. You are extremely attentive to detail and accuracy, because you know that your work directly affects client satisfaction. You are always friendly and patient, always providing the exceptional customer service for which we are known.


  • Two years' experience in banking, legal services support, wealth management, or brokerage industry preferred;
  • Computer proficiency with a demonstrated ability to learn new software required;
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Associates degree in business, communications, paralegal studies or related field preferred.
