The course is actually oriented toward learning to survive outdoors and have enjoyment while doing it.
Whether you are in the path of Hurricane Sandy, an earthquake, or a Zombie attack you need to be better prepared for a realistic disaster scenario. Some of the things that are taught at the Wilderness Survival class include building shelters, finding and purifying water, building fires for security, warmth, and signaling, as well as how to find food. But most importantly, you can learn how to evade Zombies and how to survive their attack.
It’s wise to be prepared for all kinds of emergencies, perhaps even those that are very unlikely to happen, a Zombie End of Times War, for instance. That’s why we offer one and two-day Zombie Wilderness Survival Training Courses. Of course, the site coordinators do realize that Zombie’s aren’t real; the course is actually oriented toward learning to survive outdoors and have enjoyment while doing it.
We have adult-only programs and youth group programs as well as mixed programs that involve one day survival training and excitement or camping out for an entire weekend, with useful survival skills covering the basicsof shelter, water, fire, food and signaling. The premise for being outdoors is that when we are invaded by Zombies, or real terrorists, we would seek the wilderness, therefore, we should learn about wilderness survival.
