Workshop Description This workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs prepare to hit the ground running with a framework to protect themselves and their investors from common mistakes that often delay – or worse, derail – new businesses. In this workshop we will cover The choice of entity and formation of limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships; protecting your ideas and brands; selecting a team of advisors including an attorney, accountant, IT consultant and others; hiring employees and independent contractors; leasing/buying office space; employment law guidelines; social media guidelines; and permitting and licensure issues.
