An ongoing black and white photography project initiated by EOC.
This festive multicultural event will feature drinks, hors d’oeuvres, music by Garland Nelson and the juried selection of photographs that comprise this year’s Visión exhibition.
The Latino Community Advocacy Program (LCAP), a program of the Saratoga County EOC, addresses the special needs of the Spanish-speaking immigrant population in Saratoga County. Their activities also promote cultural understanding and recognize the positive contributions of immigrants and long tradition of immigration in our communities. The Saratoga County EOC’s bilingual staff provides assistance by facilitating communication and access to health, legal, and educational services.
