The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce will host Louis Zacharilla, Co-Founder of the Intelligent Community Forum, for an informational discussion about the best practices of the world’s Intelligent Communities.
Mr Zacharilla is speaking on behalf of the Saratoga Springs Smart City Commission, an initiative of the Saratoga Springs Commissioner of Finance Michele Madigan. Assisted by NYSTEC, a not-for-profit organization that serves as an advisor to governments and organizations regarding information technology and telecommunications strategy, information security, converged networks, health IT, and education IT, the Smart City Commission is made up of about 15 members of the Saratoga community who are meeting to develop a Smart City roadmap for the greater Saratoga Springs region. Commissioner Madigan will be making brief opening remarks.
During the discussion, you will have the opportunity to learn about what communities, world-wide, have the best practices when it comes to utilizing technology in their community. At the completion of the event, there will be an opportunity for a Q&A session with the audience.
