The Other Rockwell: Douglass Crockwell
The Hyde Collection is asking the community to assist with an upcoming exhibition. The Museum is looking for paintings by Glens Falls artist Douglass Crockwell (1904-1968) to display in an exhibition titled, The Other Rockwell: Douglass Crockwell. The exhibition will be located in the Rotunda Gallery and coincide with our Hoopes Gallery exhibition Norman Rockwell in the 1960's. We will be accepting paintings for consideration at the Museum from Tuesday through Friday, January 26 - 29 and February 2-5 from 10am to 4pm. Paintings will also be accepted on Saturday, January 30 from noon to 4pm.
