A portrayal of President Grant by Steve Trimm. September 2012 is the 150th anniversary of Lincoln's announcing his plan to free the slaves. The General will reflect on the evolution of his own thinking with respect to slavery and emancipation. The General believes that his thinking on these critical matters virtually mirrored President Lincoln's. Cake will be served on the porch following the presentation.
