SPAF Grant Seminars Are you affiliated with a Saratoga County non-profit or municipality planning arts or cultural programming for 2013? Attend a SPAF Grant Seminar and learn how to apply for funding for your projects and programs! A representative from the lead applicant-organization is required to attend a seminar. If you are unable to attend a seminar, individual appointments may also be arranged. Grant seminar preregistration is required. Please call 584-4132. SPAF Program Details SPAF Artist Grants Artist Grants in the amount of $2,500 each are awarded to individual artists for the creation of new work that engages local communities in the creative process. SPAF Project Grants SPAF Project Grants of $500-$5,000 are awarded to non-profit organizations, municipalities and sponsored individual artists in partnership with qualifying organizations to present arts and cultural programs of high artistic merit in local communities throughout Saratoga County.
