Located in north central Spain, Rioja is the most famous of Spain's wine-producing region.The Rioja region produces some of the best Tempranillo-based wines in the world. On June 24th Boca Bistro will pair four-courses with six wines from two of the most popular wineries in the Rioja region; Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE) and La Rioja Alta S.A.
