With 56 percent of women leaving the technology field in mid-career, this special live, on-campus event, will bring together local women in technology and academia to discuss what attracted them to their chosen field, challenges they encountered along the way, and how they overcame them. The panel will also consider the present roles of women in technology and ways to attract more women to the field.
