Cecchi Litorale Vermentino IGT (Maremma Toscana) Fall Salad Spicy arugula, baby greens, toasted walnuts, pickled beets crispy prosciutto and crumbled goat cheese finished with sundried tomato vinaigrette. Cecchi Sangiovese IGT " Bonizio"( Maremma Toscana) Pheasant Ragout Marinated pheasant breast grilled served over roasted root vegetables and finished with balsamic maple reduction. Cecchi Chianti Classico Oscco Bucco Slow braised veal shanks with celery, onion mushroom and tomato bone removed and served over fat noodles.
