Paddle While You Work, harvesting an invasive species out on Lake Lonely!
Saratoga PLAN and Lake Lonely Improvement Association are hosting a water chestnut hand-harvesting work day on Lake Lonely.Paddle while you work, and join us for a fun workday harvesting an invasive species that presents both human and ecological hazards. Participants will spend the day on the water in good company, working from kayaks, rowboats or canoes to pull water chestnut plants. Bring your own kayak or canoe (if you have one), life jacket, 5-gallon bucket and work gloves. Dress to get wet and muddy.
