Krav Maga meets Mary Kay: An Evening of Empowering Women (and Men)

October is domestic violence awareness month; to show our support for this important issue Kelevra Krav Maga and Mary Kay are coming together to bring you a fun, *interactive, and informative seminar. This is an absolutely free event, bring your friends and a positive attitude. Comfortable clothing is encouraged. *Participation is voluntary You will learn some basics about defending yourself physically. There will also be information on shelters around the area and what the Mary Kay Foundation does to help domestic violence victims. There will also be drawings for fun prizes!
