Employee Engagement- it’s becoming a common topic amongst business owners. The fact is, good products, good business models or even good margins can be replicated. What makes a company stand apart from others is their people. An organization with highly engaged employees outperform those with low employee engagement, all else being equal. Employee engagement is the relationship between an organization and its employees. As one expert said, “An engaged employee is one who is fully absorbed by and enthusiastic about their work and so takes a positive action to further their organization’s reputation and interests.”
