Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York Ribbon Cutting

Please join the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce in celebrating the Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York in partnering with Saratoga PLAN to place Girl Scout Camp Woodhaven into a conservation easement! A conservation easement is a voluntary, legally binding, and permanent agreement between a landowner and a qualified land trust, in this case Saratoga PLAN (Preserving Land and Nature). Camp Woodhaven is located on a 250-acre wooded site north of Galway Village. It features a large playing field, pond, beach, creek, hiking trails, cabins, platform tents, a nature center, and Troop House. It is a beloved Girl Scout Camp where girls learn critical outdoor skills, connect to nature and explore a variety of programs, campouts and more.
