Join Attorney Tara Anne Pleat, of the law firm Wilcenski & Pleat PLLC, for a program that will focus on the various issues that arise and documents that individuals and families should consider when taking steps to get their affairs in order. Specifically, the discussion will include Advance Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney, Wills/Revocable Living Trusts, the probate process, long term care planning and Irrevocable Trusts, as well as planning for a beneficiary that has a disability. The goal is to provide attendees with an education about common issues in estate and long term care planning by focusing on the decisions and documents that are often encountered.
