From the Battle Field to a Business Setting: A Keynote to the Business Community on Leadership and Successful Business Strategies

On Thursday, November 1^st, retired General William Martin will be our keynote speaker.  General Martin will address his remarks directly to veterans making the transition from the military into business and civilian life.  He will share personal stories about his transition and his associated challenges, setbacks, and lessons learned.  He’ll discuss what he believes are the keys to success in starting and sustaining a successful business.  Finally, he will offer leadership advice to the business owners in the room based on his experience for the last 15 years as the President of a Management Consulting Firm, and having worked with hundreds of leaders within 8 countries and throughout the United States.
