Chris Irwin, internationally renowned author and horse trainer will be available for a 3 day clinic. Chris has written best selling books Horses Don’t Lie and Dancing with the Dark Horses. The clinic will be conducted in 3 phases so everyone can participate in some way. Hosted by CCE Equine and sponsored by The Thoroughbred Breeding and Development Fund during these events Chris promises to bring and share his wealth of knowledge of horse and human behavior. Described in Ireland’s Equestrian magazine as being “more horse than human”; join us in accompanying Chris on a fascinating journey.
Friday Night Demo * 7—9 pm
An inspiring and game-changing presentation by Chris with horses demonstrating and explaining his discoveries on how best to blend the biomechanics, physiology and psychology of horses to develop a deep body-mind connection and performance bond between humans and horses.
Saturday and Sunday Clinic
Horse Sense Redefined
Open clinic format for a maximum of 9 participants each day in groundwork and/or riding. Choose one or both. Private lessons are 1 hour and groups limited to 3 are 2 hours. Participants and horses will be grouped according to like needs and levels of experience.
Develop better communication with your horse by learning to be the leader your horse needs you to be. Learn
specific insights for problem solving, resolving bad behavior issues and confidence building.
Private lesson $185 * Group lesson $135 * Auditors $25

Join Chris for a mix and mingle before a buffet dinner. At the Factory in Ballston Spa. After dinner Chris will engage guests with Dark Horse Rising a provocative introduction to Chris’ trademark way of coaching known as Equine Assisted Personal Development. Gain meaningful insights on how horse sense can truly benefit human potential.
The cost for dinner is $50. Reservations must be made in advance by March 4.
