10th Adirondack Wool and Arts Festival
Over 100 artisans and craftspeople. Yarns, fleeces, pottery, jewelry, all-natural body care products, knitting supplies, kits, one-of-a-kind gifts and more. Daily demonstrations including spinning, felting, sheep herding, and sheep shearing. Free pony rides, wagon rides, and pumpkin decorating for kids with paid adult admission. Used fiber equipment auction, Saturday 12 pm to 2 pm. Book signing with John Churchman, of Sweet Pea and Sheepover fame, of his new book Alpaca Lunch, on Saturday 2 pm to 4 pm.
