The Friends of the New York State Military Museum present a historic recreation of a USO Armed Forces Radio broadcast first hosted by Bob Hope on May 6, 1941. Local historian Gary Ferris will MC the event as a WWII radio host, replete with the superb Manhattan Dolls. A performance unequaled in modern times will unfold before your eyes as you will be taken back in time to a WWII USO cantina with 3 hours of nonstop entertainment and refreshments, reminiscent of the era of America’s Greatest Generation.
