Sports journalist, Mike Kane and National Museum of Racing historian, Allan Carter will give a presentation based on their new book, "150 Years of Racing in Saratoga: Little Known Stories and Facts from America's Most Historic Racing City" (History Press, 2013). A book signing will follow their presentation.
