EXEControl's Executive Networking Event
APICS uses the term “Poka-Yoke” to describe the process of error proofing your operations. During our time together we will 1) Hear about the techniques you use to reduce errors in the workplace, 2) Discuss which processes are your most challenging processes for maintaining accuracy, 3) Discuss error proofing solutions promoted by corporate education facilities and 4) Learn about techniques being used by EXEControl Global Solutions. As always...there will be plenty of time to network. RSVP by November 14th to: jaf@execontrol.com or contact Jennifer Mazzariello at 518-688-8732
