"Friends of the Library" Book Sale The Friends of the Library's 10-cent paperback sale is September 2nd from 10 am - 4 pm. Open to the public in H. Dutcher Community Room at library, 42 Henry St. in Saratoga Springs. The Friends Book Shop will offer 20%-off in shop too and accepts cash, check & credit card. Limited-edition Friends of the Library totes with our new logo (horse reading a book) available for $14 plus tax. Bring your friends!
