Six Acts Sing about Murders Real and Imagined - Halloween Fun
A sinful, silly and sinister tradition continues with Caffe Lena's annual Halloween fundraiser, “A Night of Murder Ballads,” featuring MC Michael Eck with special guests Kim Kilby, Charlie Morris, Matt Durfee, members of The Lucky Jukebox Brigade and the Caffe Lena debut of Ryder & Hazel and the Dust Bowl Faeries. Plus raffles, cake & more!These breathtaking balladeers bring the great murder ballad tradition up to date with numbers by Phil Ochs, Gillian Welch, Bruce Springsteen, and a great swath of originals done on guitar, ukulele, harmony vocals and more.
All tricks aside, the proceeds will benefit Caffe Lena so they can keep bringing Saratoga the finest folk year round.
