The evening features a variety of Malta area restaurants who will be serving samples of their best fare at this year’s event located at the TEC-SMART facility in Malta. Held on Tuesday\, July 19th from 5:30-7:30 pm\, the public is invited to sample cuisine provided by a variety of restaurants\, including Lake Ridge\, Prime at Saratoga National\, Panza’s\, Ripe Tomato\, Bentley’s Tavern\, Jonesville Store\, Mulligan’s\, Spa Brauhaus\, Sunset Cafe\, Lily & the Rose\, Russell’s Deli\, Lakeside Cider Mill and DiDonna’s South Shore Restaurant\, among others participating this year. Admission to the event is $15 per person at the door\, which includes 15 food tasting tickets (with additional tickets available for $1 each). \n\n \n\nThe proceeds from the event will benefit the Ballston Spa Partnership for Innovation in Education Fund\, a component fund of the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region. The fund supports innovative district wide programs and initiatives such as the US F.I.R.S.T. Robotics and LEGOS MINDSTORMS programs that inspire students to learn more about science and technology\, the Sponsor-A-Scholar program that encourages students to complete high school and pursue higher education\, as well as a variety of Fine Arts programs and school district enrichment opportunities. \n\n \n\nThe evening is sponsored by the Malta Business & Professional Association\, the Adirondack Trust Company\, and Hudson Valley Community College’s TEC-SMART facility in Malta (345 Hermes Rd\, located off Exit 12 of the Adirondack Northway).
