DESCRIPTION:On August 14th Boca Bistro and Stonestreet Estate Vineyards are coming together to create an exclusive and unforgettable wine dinner featuring the wine of Stonestreet Estate Vineyards.\n\nThis exciting event will occur not only during the height of thoroughbred racing season in Saratoga  but also in conjunction with the 2017 Equestricon  Convention\, of which DZ Restaurants is a proud sponsor.\n\nWine selections from Stonestreet Wines will include Estate and Single Vineyard wines including:\n\n2013 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon\n\n2012 Rockfall Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (95 Points  Robert Parker)\n\n2013 Estate Chardonnay\n\n2014 Estate Sauvignon Blanc\n\n(Menu to Follow)\n\nWe are also honored to have Brand Ambassador and Jackson Family Wines Representative\, Lynn George as our guest to speak at length about the vineyards\, the wines and the wine-making process.\n\nThe Stonestreet Estate Vineyards Wine Dinner is also a fundraiser for The Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund (PDJF) with $25 from each ticket sold going directly to provide financial assistance to former jockeys who have suffered on-track injuries.\n\nStonestreet Estate Vineyards Wine Dinner\n\nBoca Bistro\n\nMonday\, August 14th\n\n6:30pm  9:30pm\n\n$150/pp*\n\nA Fundraiser for the Permanently Disabled Jockey Fund (PDJF)\n\nProud Sponsor of the 2017 Equestricon  Convention in Saratoga Springs\, NY\n\n(*Tax and Tip not included)\n\nStonestreet Estate Vineyards is the story of a family's vision to defy the limits of California winegrowing. Stonestreet is one of the most expansive and multi-faceted mountain vineyards in the world and produces a distinctive collection of single vineyard wines   powerful Cabernet Sauvignon\, soulful Chardonnay and electric Sauvignon Blanc.\n\nIn addition to the family's wine holdings\, Banke shares Jackson's love of equestrian racing   their acclaimed stables\, Stonestreet Farms in Kentucky\, produced Horses of the Year Curlin and Rachel Alexandra\, as well as Eclipse Award Winner My Miss Aurelia.
