Come listen to Lisbeth Calandrino\, Chief Inspiration Officer\, as she gives the ins and outs of providing excellent customer service to keep visitors and tourists coming back each year.\n\nThis event is open to companies of all industries. There will be two identical sessions\; one from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. and another from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. Cost is $5 per person for companies sending ten or less employees. Cost for ten or more is capped at $50.
