Peer-coaching groups are small highly productive communities of practice through which participants become better leaders. They are easy to setup\, have immediate business impact and are a key catalyst to many of the most successful development programs. During this session you will learn about:   The key elements to peer-coaching groups   How peer-coaching groups are blended into leadership development initiatives   The basics of facilitation and support to sustain peer-coaching groups Participants will receive a CoachingOurselves peer-coaching module written by Charles Jennings\, renowned 70:20:10 guru. During the session participants will use this module to practice peer-coaching one another on the theme of 70:20:10\, a popular L&D framework used by most fortune 500 corporations. Phil LeNir is co-founder of CoachingOurselves\, a peer-coaching program developed with world renowned Henry Mintzberg. CoachingOurselves peer-coaching groups are used by over 20\,000 leaders in 7 languages around the world. It is a key component to a balanced 70:20:10 enterprise learning strategy. Phil has spoken at events and workshops around the world sharing his message that learning in groups makes learning happen.
