DESCRIPTION:Join Artist-in-Residence Corey Pitkin to bridge the gap between Art Nouveau and Hyde Collection artwork. Participate in a series of drawing and painting exercises celebrating our winter special exhibition\, Alphonse Mucha: Master of Art Nouveau. The ubiquitous flowing lines of Art Nouveau found their way into every aspect of the decorative arts in the late nineteenth century. In this session\, students will create decorative patterns and illustrations based on the designs of Art Nouveau artists. All you need is your creativity\; all supplies are included. $10 for members and $12 for non-members.
