He was a lumberman and a well-to-do businessman\, an individual of sharp opinions and eccentricities.  That much is certain.  But it was claimed he was a direct descendant of Rob Roy McGregor\, the Scottish Robin Hood.  And it was also claimed that he was related to Ulysses S. Grant.  What are the facts?  What are the myths?  On Wednesday\, August 31st. at noon\, tour guide Steve Trimm will portray Duncan McGregor.  In the role of Mr. McGregor he will answer any and all questions.  But should you believe him?  You be the judge!   \n\nThis event is free and open to all ages.  The Grant Cottage is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Wednesday–Sunday\, 10am to 4pm and from Labor Day through Columbus Day\,  Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.  Adults\, $5\; Seniors (62   All students (ages 6-18) $4\; 6 & Under: Free.  Group rate available for groups of 10 or more: $3.00.
