This film follows Chris who as a child is able to attend school in Kenya\, thanks to Hilde Back\, a school teacher Chris has never met. After receiving a scholarship\, Chris studies law at Harvard and joins the UN as a human rights legal advocate. He establishes a foundation to award scholarships to needy children and embarks on a search to find and thank Hilde.
